  1. Go ahead, Republicans
Give America another reason to vote against all of you
    Go ahead. Make my day.

    1. @james You are a Trumplican, not Republican, you moron. There’s some differences:
      1. You praise the traitors Confederates. Abe Lincoln and the Republicans fought them for the Union
      2. You praise xenophobia and racism. Abe Lincoln and his fellow republicans fought for the slave to be free and equal
      3. You praise isolationnism. Eisenhower fought for a strong America among NATO and the UN
      4. You praise Trump for his ability to drink water. Abe Lincoln was praised for his Gettysburg Speech
      5. You praise Donald Trump’s cowardice to lead America into chaos. Eisenhower and Lincoln lead their mens to victory during their respective war.
      6. You praise Donald Trump for selling the USA to Putin or Jinping on a silver plate. Eisenhower protect his homeland by building up the military power and invest in infrastructure.
      7. You praise Donald Trump’s authoritarian power. Republican ideology is a limited government in the US

    2. They’re really going to make things very uninteresting come November..it’s practically a slaughter.

  2. Judges must not put in place by politicians. That’s anti democratic. You don’t see in any other developed country in the world the way America handles it.

    1. @Ali B your very comment is false , were listening to MSNBC right now, and don’t agree with it
One has a to look at it both ways, you seem to have a problem with it

    2. @Tommy Liu…Trump and law and order are like oil and water…THEY DON’T MIX.
The truth of Trump? He is a national disgrace. He’s desecrated our way of life, fouled our beliefs, and trampled on our values. He has ignored the duties of his office, made a mockery of the concept of truth, of the rule of law. President “I don’t take responsibility” is personally responsible for the deaths of over 120,000 Americans, a collapsed economy, and the spread of racism in this country. There has never been a moment, not under a Democratic president, not under a Republican president, in our lifetimes or in the last 75 years where the United States has appeared more weak, and sick, and incompetent to the rest of the world than it does now.
Leadership?…we have none. A man with integrity who will give the country the compassionate embrace, and words of calm and wisdom it’s people need right now?…no one answering to that description has inhabited the White House for over three and a half years.

Donald Trump has failed his duty in a way that no president in the history of the American republic ever has. He is a threat to the constitution, a threat to the unity of the nation, a threat to the institutions that have made this country great. We’re less than 140 days away from an election that’s profoundly important, because Trump has demonstrated time and time again that he is not equipped at a moral level, at a mental level, at an intellectual level to lead the country. The coming election is our nations time, our chance to get back to the best of who we are. We have a LOT of work to do. We are NOT going to go back to the “good old days”, because the good old days were a LIE. We must go forward to a new way of thinking, to a new vision of patriotism and equality…and this time we MUST HAVE EQUALITY FOR ALL AMERICANS. We must lead by example, and bring back dignity, integrity, and the honor that built this great nation, and which will build it once again.

    3. @Mr Jones
Your “way of life” has always been barbarism and hypocrisy. Your “beliefs” are based on anti science and primitivism. You have no “values”.
The United States is a danger to the entire planet, it is a sick and failed society, racist, dysfunctional and divided.
Your Trump is merely a product of his culture.

    4. @Mr Jones The words “Truth” and “Trump” shouldn’t even be used in the same sentence.

  3. In other news, a known traitor to our country, Michael Flynn, got off even after he confessed to breaking the law.
RIP Rule of Law. Cause of death: t’rump’s grabbing the DoJ by the p****.

    1. On the bright side, laws no longer matter in America. You can do anything you like without being held responsible.

    2. @frictionRx9 It’s not just Liberals, most Americans regardless of party, recognize the Treason this Administration is committing in broad daylight.

    3. @Ro G

Hussein Obama went after Flynn because Flynn knows Obama’s secrets and where all the bodies are buried.

  4. Bring back the 5th amendment requirement of a grand jury review of evidence before arrests. It was lost when the supreme court passed the 14th amendment, and the police have been running amok ever since.

    1. 14th is for states unequal protections , due process ,ect 5 th is for Federal Soldiers or Agents to be held accountable since Indian Wars an abuses then

    2. @Jeramie Oakley The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides, “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

The clauses incorporated within the Fifth Amendment outline basic constitutional limits on police procedure. The Framers derived the Grand Juries Clause and the Due Process Clause from the Magna Carta, dating back to 1215. Scholars consider the Fifth Amendment as capable of breaking down into the following five distinct constitutional rights: 1) right to indictment by the grand jury before any criminal charges for felonious crimes, 2) a prohibition on double jeopardy, 3) a right against forced self-incrimination, 4) a guarantee that all criminal defendants have a fair trial, and 5) a guarantee that government cannot seize private property without making a due compensation at the market value of the property.

While the Fifth Amendment originally only applied to federal courts, the U.S. Supreme Court has partially incorporated the 5th amendment to the states through the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The right to indictment by the Grand Jury has not been incorporated, while the right against double jeopardy, the right against self-incrimination, and the protection against arbitrary taking of private property without due compensation have all been incorporated to the states.

  5. *โ€œInjustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.โ€ – Martin Luther King JR., ‘Letter from a Birmingham Jail’ (1963) ๐Ÿฆ…๐Ÿ—ฝ BIDEN / HARRIS 2020* โš–๏ธโœŠ๐Ÿพ

    1. And you don’t think prosecuting people on marijuana charges while she smokes herself is injustice? Or fighting to keep DNA evidence out of a case because it would prove the defendant is innocent, is THAT justice?
She was a prosecutor who saw putting people in jail (guilty or not) as a means to promote her own political ambitions.
If you actually believe that MLK quote, you’ll make sure she never gets any more power than she already has.

    2. Sen. Harris didn’t do so well as the Attorney General in California with her Truancy law that put parents in jail and or fines for not forcing their kids to attend school. Her law implemented on arresting illegal marijuana backfired so did the arrest of those who smoked marijuana which she herself indulged in. She put more people of color in jail than any other Attorney General. No, my friend she would not make a great VP for Biden.

  6. All Republican bills are Empty ! Like Trumpโ€™s head !๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ When does this nightmare end? Let me answer that .., When Trump is out of office ! VOTE PEOPLE VOTE ! BIDEN 2020

    1. Unfortunately Biden suffers from synaptic delay. That’s why Amy opted out of VP so as not to board a sinking ship with Biden at the helm.

    1. @Laura Zaboraski Exactly. They drink Hatorade all day. Make America Hate Again!! Conspiracies, lies Cheating, Suppression of the vote, anti-democracy, protectionism, and everything this country was founded on is on the ticket this year. Lets take them out and their sleazy kkk, nazi’s, and white supremist, beginning with Fox, OAN, Alex Jones, Breightbart and all the other snakes that have slithered out of their holes under Trump

    2. @michael wingfield Oh yeah. We have you on our radar. We know whats coming, and its coming for YOU

    3. @foxy brown Trump still has to figure out a way to get rid of all the senate and house first,in the end it will be the military will they follow Trump or the American people. If your right though he would either get Putin or Kim JUng UN and China to take over.

  7. So Spanky fires the person whoโ€™s investigating him on a Friday night to hopefully avoid the press. Barr says Spanky did it, Spanky says he had nothing to do with it. Getting his ducks in a row before losing in November so any potential outstanding investigations are squelched while he still has the power to do so. FFS drain the swamp already and get the serial bumbler outta here

    1. @Jeremy Backup

Millions Americans disagree with you Jennifer. You better start hoarding kleenex so you can build a safe space for November 4th.

    2. He fired the guy who was slow walking and blocking what they are terrified of. The corruption is very real.

  8. She needs to be our next AG. She will clean the sleaze out and bring unbiased leadership to the job. She will have hundreds of investigations to do on the traitors from this administration.

    1. She rose to power from her knees behind Willie Brown’s desk and you think she will clean sleaze? She was cleaning Willie’s sleaze

    2. It’s another case of not digging into candidates’ backgrounds. Sen. Harris’s record in California is filled with inadequacies.

    3. I vote Glen Kirschner for AG (not even sure he’s open to the idea but, in any event…). I like Kamala Harris, she’s super smart, but I think she’d be better to have for a legislator…very passionate about her stance and I trust her. I think she’d be better staying in the Senate or as VP.

    1. @Me First

I know how I earned the nickname LAST CALL, for sending the enemy “home” ๐Ÿ˜‰

  9. America has four justice systems one for people of race, another for poor whites, a third for the rich and a fourth for Trump

  10. The system where She smoke’s pot and Jail’s other for doing the same. What a FRAUD how can she show her face?

  11. This is a crappy interview. Trying to evoke emotions the entire time is not by coincidence. The smear campaign of โ€œwomen and emotionsโ€ has already started. Do not fall for that. Senator Harris has made GOP men FEAR her during Senate Hearings. She is strong and passionate, not emotional.

  12. GOD bless you Sen. Harris you keep doing what you’re doing our country need you & I do believe Joe Biden will be choose you for his running mate as Vice President , just a FYI. . . . .
