The difference between keeping the filibuster and ending the filibuster is keeping our democracy or ending power of the majority for Republicans for decades.
I like Hickenlooper. I’d like to hear ways to modify the filibuster. Temporary, issue specific, suspension might also be possible.

What will republicans do if they get the house back and no filibuster? Cross that bridge when you come to it. Democrats are on offense right now, be on offense, SCORE for Christ sake. Stop playing defense all the time.
What do you want them to do? They control the Senate through a VP. They don’t have a general consensus amongst their members, so not much is going to get done anyways.
Or you all could stop worrying about the 535 of you, and ask what’s best for the 330,000,000 of us and just do that, instead of what you are eventually going to do anyway. 🙂 Enjoy our stuff.
If they want a filibuster, then they need to stand there and debate, not just make bills disappear into the ether by declaration.
