@MJ Parham why do you think people retire? why do you think there are age limits? Do you have a grandpa/grandma, yes they are wise, but, we need wisdom, action, agility, quick thinking, staying power,… a combination of factors to be an effective leader, not ones taking naps at the helm, just look at Sen. Dianne Feinstein, her memory is clearly slipping, with all respect for these once upon great democratic leaders, we must start to look where leadership is lagging, another point is leadership positions handed out based on “political correctness” all positions must be ruthlessly based on merit & competence. Let’s get “Lincoln Project” guys plugged in somewhere !!!
