After all, between Bush Jr. who was not elected in 2000 and 45* who also didn’t win the election , the GQP has put 5 SC judges on the court despite the people’s will. If not for the GQP rigging elections for decades, we’d have a SC with a majority that followed the Constitution and the dictates of moral logic!

You see how snake and cunning McConnell is — Biden and the Democrats should do everything they can while they have the majority — including opening up more seats on the Supreme Court and appointing 2-3 Justices who are the youngest and most liberal lol. This is what Trump would have done
and what does that do? the next republican will come in and add 2-3 more.

How fast do you expect them to act, when they have deserters, making it impossible to pass the most important legislation. Not to mention, it’s only been 5 months, since they’ve had a semblance of the majority. They’ve spent much of their time, trying to undo, what was done over the past four years.
