His biggest announcement: a plan to open parts of the Gulf of Mexico for the first time to offshore wind farms that could power more than 3 million homes. He also directed the Department of Interior to advance wind energy development off the coasts of Florida, Georgia and North and South Carolina.

  2. Wow. Remember when the Earth was mostly covered in ice and cold climate and the government made the temperature rise on command?

  3. How many gas guz’lin SUV’s and vans in his motorcade? Not to mention Air Farce One, which burns 10-11 tonnes of fuel per hour, in cruise(much more for take off and climb to altitude)…aka, roughly 1 gallon of Jet-A every second.

  4. 1988 was hottest year on record and the driest.. Guess most people forget about that….. It all depends on the jet stream they leave out

  5. Thank goodness. This morning it was raining, and in the afternoon it was clear skies. I don’t know how much longer I could deal with this climate change.
