    1. I guarantee you life would be better for all of us if we 1)threw our cellphones away, and 2)threw our computers away.

It would be like it was in 1993. Trust me. Compared to now, it was frickin’ HEAVEN.

    2. I whittle walking sticks, then sand them, then draw on them, then woodburn them, then sand again, then seal…….. maybe.

    3. I totally agree! Walking outside and embracing nature is the best thing we can do for our bodies and our minds.

    1. @Ileana Suk Exactly. Although in my case, it’s the civilian life, something like being a librarian in an Earth like that (Vulcan is very appealing too) instead of Starfleet.
      Although some ships have libraries.

    2. A relentless vision of excellence. Something that contrasts so badly with the reality even to bear thinking about it.

    1. Don’t watch Fox. Don’t watch CNN. Don’t watch NBC. Don’t watch CBS, Don’t watch ABC. These people hate you. They want you sick. They want you depressed. They want you dependent.

    1. So much beauty in the park, most importantly , we humans are beautiful , you also, so it’s good for us to know. we We get to share with one another and remind ourselves and tear down the walls.

    2. @Heraldo Medrano Medicines can help, and there is a time and place, I personally know , but feeling Free and experiencing what’s real is an amazing thing as well

  1. Plot twist: Coronaviurs seems to leave some recovered people with notable memory loss. . .Yeah. That’s actually a thing!

    1. As well as damaged lungs, and many long haulers are dealing with brain fog, something similar to chronic fatigue syndrome, and more horrible issues. I read a article recently about a man in his 20s who was previously extremely active, biking to work each day, doing marathons and such, and now needs his girlfriend to help take care of him because even though he didn’t need to be hospitalized, Covid absolutely destroyed his life and body.

  2. Throughout the summer while I was sitting on standby with work for five months, I took my daughter for 90 minute walks and ran around the park. Nearly every day. It was great. If you sit around feeling sorry for yourself, nothing will change.
