  1. Unbelievable. This guy should not have the position he has if he can’t be truthful and fair!! The USA is doomed as long as these traitors aren’t delt with.

    1. @rose jack You better believe I’m MAGA. After what sleepy Joe has done to the economy and my 401k after having it’s best year in 2019 you best believe I am. You may not care that Joe and Hunter are “working” in an enemy country making tens of millions of dollars a year while Americans suffer, but I do. He and Kamala are the biggest embarrassments this country has ever had in the White House. If you think I’m wrong, let’s see how the midterms work out with your favorite “president” 41% Joe, O.K?

    2. @coal roller Big tech brian washed them, its sucks but what can we do when 4 billionaires control so many minds with big tech tools.

    3. Laughable, you talking about truth and fairness. You D bags wouldn’t know what truth or fairness is if it landed on you fkn head!

  2. Judges and lawyers should stand up against the perversion of the law. It has cost so much more than lost time and tax dollars.

    1. @Bill Randleman no, any judgment not in line with the letter of the law is not to my liking….an example is the crooked Trump sycophant judge Eileen Cannon, whose rulings were over turned even by right wing courts…but keep bending over backwards to please your billionaire messiah!…too bad you won’t be rewarded!

    2. @Anth C Maybe the dimwit dems shouldn’t have ended the super majority requirement for confirmation of federal judges. Everything you leftists cry about is your own damned fault.

  3. Having a case pending in front of the Supreme Court, Chesebro wrote, would be enough to prevent the Senate from counting Biden’s electors. Thomas would end up being “the key here,” Chesebro wrote, noting that Thomas is the justice assigned to dealing with emergency matters coming from the southeastern part of the country.

  4. SCOTUS Justices are lifetime appointments, so we don’t have the check on power of elections. Given that, the standard for impeachment should be lower than that of elected officials. I would argue that egregious bias, seriously unethical behaviors, and blatant conflicts of interest are valid grounds for judicial impeachment.

    1. He continues his lifetime appointment when he should’ve NEVER been there anyway. Should’ve listened to Anita Hill😉

    2. @Todd Stites Certainly. Voting on a nominee in a open meeting with elected officials doing their job per the Constitution is now “corruption” in your mind.
Do you take your ball and go home when the other team plays by the rules and wins?
Just so you are clear, 41 Republicans and 11 Democrats voted for his confirmation. Hardly a partisan vote. I have no idea how you could call that corrupt.

    3. @R H It doesn’t have to be partisan to be corrupt. If I meant partisan I would have said partisan. The whole corrupt process is about putting someone in the seat they feel will later judge their way. It’s not about who will judge the appeals according to the Constitution.

Trump did the same corrupt thing with the numerous federal judges he appointed. And he gets upset when they don’t rule in his favor just because he appointed them. That’s corrupt thinking.

So is thinking that just because a Supreme Court judge got their seat because of your Senate vote that they somehow owe you something. They don’t. Nor should they.

The interviews and votes should be based on whether the person can accurately interpret the Constitution in relation to all appeals brought to them. Not if they are republican or democrat or have a preconceived judgement that you happen to like on a case.

A preconceived judgement by _any_ judge should be enough to recuse them from making a judgement on the case. Anything less is not a fair hearing.

    1. You mean the same guy you said we need to increase our domestic supply of babies he’s so disgusting he probably thinks the married age should be 10 to 14 as well! How much money does he make off of private adoptions the corruption in the CPS that can’t handle what is here now but pro-life means you should care about what that kid is going to be dropped off into we’re not set up to handle infrastructure what kind of chaos would that cause to the system for these foster kids are we going to go back to a sanatorium Style! Democrats need to run on the impetus of this take this momentum and demand more judges can’t you make an executive order for that! Obviously the Supreme Court became political and they need to work on the rules as well! Because a misnomer of no one is above the law needs to be rectified

  5. It took years, but Thomas is proving how unfit he is, as asserted years ago during his confirmation hearing.

    1. Yes all the racist thought Thomas was unfit when he was appointed. And he’s married to a white woman. Racists hate that

  6. A wife or husband can have totally different political beliefs if ether is in the Judiciary ….
But if either interfere with the due process that’s criminal

    2. @Post Apocalyptic_malone What’s hilarious is these people claim they’re highly educated enlightened liberal demoncrats yet CONTINUE to be drawn in to an EXTENDED VERSION of the RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA HOAX when most people figured out it was all smoke & mirrors. 🎪🤡🎪

  7. “Justice Thomas should not have heard that case”
I think we’re at the point where “Justice” Thomas shouldn’t be hearing any cases

    1. @The Equalizer I noticed you like most of the left can’t articulate your position. Sorry you aren’t capable. Cope harder

  8. Hold up, all but Justce Thomas. All the other SCOTUS Justices declined…except Thomas, and specifically on a case involving his wife.

    1. if your say a government employee, and you pay taxes…. your just paying yourself lol they’ve been playing you the whole time

    2. @Elephant so you’re just going to ignore my message? and you wonder why things are the way they are lol

  9. Justice Thomas can be bought for a price! This means:
“no equal Justice under the law”! Crooked is as crooked does!

  10. This is what gets me. Since when do private citizens get to choose judges they get to go before. It just dumbfounds me how Trump get Judge Aileen Cannon to do his dirty work. Of course now Judge Clarence Thomas. What’s even more shocking. Is the judge’s spouses advocating before ongoing Litigation. It just makes the U.S. justice look like a complete sham. Of course, it’s now special treatment. Neutrality is out the door.

    1. @D Can Oh, are we little butt hurt seeing favorite heroes getting trouble? Wanna some pain cream? Maybe hugs?

    2. @Slava Ukraini How about everybody robs a bank. Then the judge tells everyone. That’s not enough. How about the judge tells everyone. That banks owes you. Your so entitled and cute.

    3. New republican ideology. If they did it. I could do it. But they never took the original person to court to prove that they did it. It’s only an excuse they give everyone, so they could get away with it. The new republican ideology and philosophy on governing.
