    1. It means a prosecutor investigates a person rather then a crime then makes up a crime to pin to that person.

  9. This attorney is in over his head. Otherwise he would STFU and advise his client to do the same. Obviously the grand jury made this decision regardless of potential public opinion so a criminal case jury can be expected to do the same. A gag order is needed.

  10. Yes, we do expect this to happen. Justice for criminals. Innocent till proven guilty, but a trial IS expected after a grand jury finds evidence to move it forward.
