@Triangle man we have had programs to break the cycle of poverty. Programs ranging from a free K through 12 education to work programs, feeding ( over 300 Federal State,, social and religious) programs, housing programs, job training programs we have had a plethora of training programs to include Affirmative Action. These. programs have been in place since long before our, war on poverty. Programs are in place all people need to do is take it vantage of them.
My relatives were enslaved. We were enslaved by the Romans and then we were enslaved by the English. I receive no reparation. I began work in my teens I began my political activity in my childhood. I heard my associate degree shortly after graduation from high school then my bachelors and my masters. I worked hard to overcome my history of slavery and oppression.

@CShield your link directed me to an article that said Cuomo had some responsibility. The fact checkers only stayed with mostly false because Caputo said all cases were due to Cuomo’s order and that is false some were from other sources, but many were from Cuomo’s order to send them back.
@Craig Norris Read the whole article. He underreported, that was his “crime”. The nursing home residents were patients that tested negative. Most of the nursing home cases came from the outside, via visitors or employees.
