There’s a standard indicator in most firearms but I’d reseach your weapon to figure out how to properly toggle the safety off and on. Good hunting everyone.
Just banning ar style assault weapons and bump stocks won’t curb it enough but banning regular rifles and handguns but then in most cases it infringes on citizens right to bear arms which is part of what we as a nation were founded on

Watched the whole thing. Andrew Yang’s ideas blew my mind. He is just so logical. Those who haven’t heard him, he’s worth listening.
Bear in mind that al of these socialists are lightweights when it comes to the law. The Heller decision, which is black letter law, has already stated that the 2nd Amendment covers all firearms currently and commonly being used by the nations citizens. The AR-15 is the most popular firearm in the country and as such is protected under the US Constitutions 2nd Amendment. Passing a law in violation of the 2nd Amendment is also forbidden as Chief Justice John Marshall has already ruled on the Supremacy clause of the US Constitution:
“Our nations Constitution is the supreme and paramount law of our land, and cannot be changed by any simple means. Any act by a legislature that is repugnant to the Constitution is void and can be disregarded by the people.”
Always remember that a criminal or a politician (and unfortunately they can at times be the same thing) has only ONE good reason for wanting the citizens of any nation to be unarmed. They wish to take something you have away from you. The criminal wants your wallet, a politician wants your constitutional rights that are endowed on you by your Creator when you are born, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. (For further reading on these aforementioned rights see the Declaration of Independence, sentence number two.) Both of these malevolent desires to steal your rights are much easier to accomplish when you are unarmed. But at least a criminal who wishes to steal your income is honest, he will outright demand your property with a gun in your face. A politician hides behind his REAL reason for stealing your rights by lying to you, using emotional rhetoric as “keeping you safe” as his or her “reasons” for disarming you. Personally, I believe the criminal has more credibility.
