Who doesnt want to read that headline. However, If the prosecutors let impatience determine their actions, the arrest of Trump would probably never happen. He is covered in teflon. He is clearly not an intelligent guy. However, he has the talent to get away with everything and to make other people take the blame for his mistakes.
Therefore if you want him to pay for his actions, you have to be thorough and smart. What I understand of the Rico act is that the higher up cannot get away with: I didn’t murder anyone. If the goal of the enterprise is to murder people, every person of this enterprise is guilty of murder. They don’t have to pull the trigger.
The burden of proof is high, which takes time. BUT the outcome could be very satisfying.
And you get to everyone involved: Trump but also hoe children.
