You are arguing with someone in your head rather than what I posted. I simply pointed out that this issue is debated. Your side might be vindicated if it ever does go to the courts, or the other side might win. No one can be certain. Claiming that the side you oppose will definitely be defeated is simply wishful thinking. Not that you don’t have evidence to support that your side ought to win, but that the other side has no argument and that it can’t possibly win is false.
