I think that now that we know it can infect children that it ,hopefully, makes people stop and think what a danger they are to their children and grandchildren if the parents and grandparents aren’t vaccinated. Sadly, our local school district has “left it up to the parents’ and aren’t going to require masks, social distancing or vaccinations for kids returning to school in Sept. I think a lot of parents are going to continue home schooling their children in order to protect them. So irresponsible of a school board to vote that way!

@Denise Skinner I just spent a couple of hours researching Boyles papers on covid and mRNA vaccines and in none of his work did I find anything that was definitive proof of COVID-19 or mRNA’s being weapons. Moving forward we need to deal with covid-19 in the present. So please take care of yourself, eat well, sleep well, exercise, go out into nature and get fresh air and most of all be kind.

@Niro Taylor it means to inoculate against disease. There is usually breakthroughs with vaccines, especially when a large portion of people aren’t vaccinated. Viruses mutate very fast and overcome vaccines. Anti-vaxxers have directly contributed to COVID mutations.

Vaccinated: treat with a vaccine to produce immunity against a disease; inoculate.

I’m concerned about the variants coming after the delta one…. Maybe one that is deadly to children? Will ANYTHING make people get vaccinated so the entire country can escape this dreadful epidemic?
As a friendly reminder, the Delta variant purported came from India at a time when only 1% of India was vaccinated. By your logic, you’d have to vaccinate the ENTIRE PLANET in order to stop all future variants.

At least 85% of Icelandic people 16 and up are fully vaccinated, and just in the last few days the forth wave hit us, Almost every day a new record is being broken in infections, even tho people aren’t getting seriously ill, i do have emphysema so knowing how this Delta thing spreads, Scares the shæt out of me
I don’t know why many people don’t want to get the vaccine. Be a Patriot and just take the vaccine. So we can go back to normal life. Many countries would love to have the vaccine available.

If you’re just as likely to spread the virus when vaccinated, then surely now it’s up to every individual whether they get vaccinated or not. They can’t say it’s more irresponsible to be unvaccinated when the vaccinated are just as likely to transmit the virus.
