  3. Why did this take two years, and why are they now changing tune and worry about retaliation over doing what’s right which they “preached” for years.

  4. Isn’t it convenient that all the responsible ministers missed that memo, until 2 years later. If not intentional, that is utterly incompetent. Canadians deserve better than that.
