    1. @Gerald I had a dream that I was in heaven and Trump let me comb his coarse hair. He comforted me and told me he is the only way. He told me he came down personally and promised to fix the world. Yes I am a devout follower and plan on washing his feet when he wins in 2024.

  1. Various prosecutors should exploit the NY case momentum to make charges. The longer they wait, the harder it will become.

    1. @tae fravis I never said he was innocent or guilty. You Democrats are the ones saying he’s guilty without naming a single crime. How Democratic of you.๐ŸคฃPs. The only tears I have, are tears of laughter.๐Ÿคฃ

    2. @tae fravis In America, my ignorant friend, you need evidence to prove one is guilty…Not the other way around. A Freudian slip, on your part, perhaps.

    3. @tae fravis lmao over a case seven years old and that trump won. Like I said political prosecution at its finest.

  2. About the argument that the State of New York doesn’t have jurisdiction on a campaign finance violation in a Federal election: They forget that federal elections are managed by each state. Since the operation and enforcement of rules for federal elections is at the state level, any violation of those rules must also be local, and therefore under the jurisdiction of the state.

    1. @John Mat There are 109 replies, so far, and more than a few are mine… which one are you specifically replying to?

  3. Trump always tells in advance what crimes he will commit. At a rally for the 2020 election, he said if he lost, what to do: “Maybe Iโ€™ll have to leave the country, I donโ€™t know.โ€ I am sure he will not wait to serve the sentence for his crimes, but will flee while he still can. What do you think about this?

    1. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed that he does leave the country and fly to the arms of his lover Putin!

  4. I donโ€™t wanna know if stormy Danielโ€™s playing meโ€ฆ. Keep it on the low!!! Cause my heart can take it anymore!!

    1. @Ricky I want extra butter on mine. ;o) I’m make browned butter chocolate chip cookies in the morning.

  5. Today, speculation is the only real thing that could be reported since the indictment remains sealed. These criminal charges could also include other crimes that weโ€™re not aware of such as; tax fraud, insurance fraud, etc.

    1. @atletico ATM HAPPY INDICTMENT DAY TO ALL !!! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ

  6. There has to be at least one felony. The DA doesn’t need a grand jury to charge him with a misdemeanor.

  7. One day an ex-president came to me, tall guy, big guy , tears in his eyes, “they are sueing me for my crimes , can you believe it.

  8. Fresh? ๐Ÿค” I’m pretty sure I remember hearing these accusations/rumors at the beginning of this case. ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ‘

  9. At the end of the day… THE only thing i am worried about. Is how harsh of a punishment is Trump going to get? This will most likely make him NOT run for another term. BUT, will this just end up as a “slap on the wrist”?

  10. Not everybody can afford to buy that car, lol๐Ÿ˜Š
Success comes to those who are too busy looking for it.

  11. Regarding a judge acting when the same defendant is on trial: to me this is a non starter. First, it is not the same defendant. Second, it only applies where the judge (not a jury by the way) has made an adverse finding of credibility against that defendant (or the same material witness). So just a no-go.
