You are correct! It seems that their goal is to reduce populace worldwide. It explains all of Trumps edicts. They want less of us. The billionaires want to be alone here with their slaves.

Sorry but our politicians have been paid off and their of no consequence. We need to reform this government now or it’ll be to late. Growing up in the West I didn’t know any kids who went to summer camp. It wasn’t a thing.

@Justice Boofer Your parents didn’t have money or you wouldn’t act so jealous. Only money you had growing up was welfare. fvkc off.

    • Summer camp isn’t a thing where I’m from. There are the creepy people that send their kids to bible camp to be brainwashed and molested. But most of the parents around here are actually parents and WANT to spend summer with their children.

Donny has staked his life on this gamble. He seems to be getting away with murder? . . . Literally? . . . Can we fire this guy now? He’s an Orange menace

    • robert risdon bobrisdon clearly your all about supporting the orange menace and Putin, to the detriment of the United States. Go right ahead – straight off the cliff 45 and your kind (Trumpsters) are heading for, nobody would dream of stopping you or him, but yours sir, is the dumbest response yet to civil liberty and the American constitution.

    • @Teresita Uy Will Ferrill has several skits he made with a little adorable girl named Pearl. One of them she is a playing a bad cop and while putting sunglass on tells him “I am the law”. Not sure why I thought of it when I read you comment. Maybe Donny the Toddler made me think of it.

Summer may bring a slight reprieve from Covid-19 but flu & influenza season will be upon us soon in 4 months but it was the Second wave of The Spanish Flu that proved to be the most devastating & killed most of the 50,000,000-100,000,000 people. There was even a 3RD Wave! Facts are facts no matter how you try to slice, dice & fabricate!

    • @Katy Stewart Right now the orange turd is behaving like a spoiled brat refusing to obey. He won’t wear a mask in front of the cameras, “not to give them the pleasure,” or something like that. Likea child. That’s why I call him Donnie boy, the man-child.

    • @Virginia Tyree ….The death totals at that time were completely made up with zero accuracy, and written in articles by scrupulous media. Even more ridiculous than today’s c-virus hogwash hysteria.

    • @Virginia Tyree ….No need to stay safe from a nonsensical harmless virus that is sensationalized by absurd international media.

He said that he is getting tested and that he is taking “Hydrochloroquine.” Is he lying? Is he part of the hoax? Is he sensasionalizing the virus? Do you think that the virus is paying trump for it?

I’m so glad he clarified what the CDC sent out. I think it’s confusing that they sent out this update. So I’m glad to hear the doctor see it here.

    • Ash Roskell | May 22, 2020 at 9:57 AM | Reply

hawaiiopihi : You can the whole thing on their website, if you’re unclear about anything? You don’t have to wait to be told everything?

    • I Wonder if the president had any influence early in March saying there wasn’t a need for public masking remember? It was then that I searched the world over to find a dam mask. But they were so hard to find do the shortages. So I ended up making my own.
That bit of misinformation I think influenced behaviours today. AZ folk hardly wear masks. America Mask, I’m sure it makes a big difference

    • Lilac Lizard | May 22, 2020 at 4:39 PM | Reply

their website seems to talk of it mostly from respiratory actually, but that’s CDC exclusive & in reality, they have a very poor track record with this virus! the WHO & other country’s infection control agencies are NOT supporting the cdc line! Handwashing is still being emphasised over masks in countries with successful control. Just curious, do you have shortages of hand wash? Is that maybe why the switch in message?

You mean it didn’t go away like a miracle with the warm weather in April like the “Liar in Chief” boasted?

    • No, we all need to inject disinfectant or put a UV light inside us, so says the guy w/a really big…u know(as he points to his empty head). I think Trump and his supporters injected disinfectant long ago and what we see today is essentially the ad on why Americans shouldn’t inject disinfectant or u’ll fry ur brain like them they have.

Doug Schaufele this virus 🦠 survives in all climates, a bit strange 🤔 but don’t think for yourself, believe MSM 👍💀

    • On May 31st 1918 Trump’s grandfather died from the 1918 flu, so it obviously didn’t go away in April for him. BTW, he was only 49 years old at the time.

  8. I really hope our country is first one to make a vaccine for covid-19! Trump screwed us by not partnering with our Allies.

    • Candace Coran | May 22, 2020 at 4:25 PM | Reply

Trump wants to be a one man band…has made America a place that no one wants to be associated with…has left us in a very bad place. He has done much damage and will continue to do so until we get him out.

    • @Karen Polansky Straight Facts Karen, This is why Trump is the worst president.

    • @david hefner I see, the world is a safe place now and we don’t need to protect Europe from Soviet aggression any longer, we don’t need a united front against Asian expansionism. Got it. Nope, it’s a dangerous world and we need all the good friends we can get and keep – Trump ahs blown that for the moment, we still have some goodwill in the bank, but the divider needs to go – period. Vlad is his Allie, not ours

    • @Karen Polansky Regardless of where it’s made I’m sure USA citizens will have to pay for it unless they are politicians. After all that’s why we work so these guys can live like royalty. Can’t stop machine for to long. they may lose their benefits and we can’t have that. God forbid they have to pay for anything like we do.

    • Anybody who STILL believes this c-virus hysteria has low intellegence.

  9. Trump said it would magically disappear in the summer when it gets hotter, so the coronavirus is gonna thrive and spread over summer.

We’re not going to close the country — we’re going to put out the fires,” Trump said Thursday (May 21) as more than 25,000 new infections and at least 1,278 virus-related deaths were recorded across the United States.

    • New study out of california there was twice more Suicides related to the virus then the virus killed. People missed cancer screening, surgery, abuse, drug, etc. So what would you do? print money 10 trillion that is going last till september have inflation rate that will destroy the economy. I know the orange monster is bad.
      what is you’re solution?

Without regular testing of every American citizen, using proven and reliable tests for both current infection and antibodies, as well as contact tracing, there is literally no way the numbers will ever be accurate nor a way to dig ourselves out of this hole. And due to the lack of Federal leadership, there is no way any of that will happen until a competent President and administration are running the White House.

  13. The media takeaway from the CDC announcement made me wonder if they were trying to suggest people go out more.

  14. You mean when Austrailia and Brazil have been in summer, now fall? Ya, I’m sure it will “magically disappear” like morbidly obese president said…

    • Lilac Lizard | May 22, 2020 at 5:04 PM | Reply

hmm I’ve found a youtube censored word! My first comment went p**f, I still have it though, here it is again
but it DID “magically disappear” as soon as the cold weather of Autumn hit in Australia in April! As soon as it started snowing here, the virus went p**f & magically vanished!
I’m sure it was weather & nothing to do with our competent management of it 😉

    • Lilac Lizard | May 22, 2020 at 5:12 PM | Reply

@Some Person like it or not, the equator runs right through Brazil & the epicentre of this pandemic is the US, so the virus initially infected the very north of Brazil & is slowly making it’s way south from there, which makes your comment about Brazil being in Summer during the last few months “now fall” rather ignorant.
Fall is a US term used for people who can’t spell or understand autumn & who live in areas where leaves “fall” off trees as the weather gets cold. That doesn’t happen in Australia or Brazil
& tropical climates are wet & dry, with the same temperatures year round, they don’t have “summer” or “winter”, only wet & dry, so yes, you need some geography lessons! The more you comment, the more you confirm that!

    • Some Person | May 22, 2020 at 5:20 PM | Reply

@Lilac Lizard no, fall and autumn are interchangeable words. But I’m happy you admit to being a foreign troll spreading disinformation. “Runs right through” the tippy top of Brazil, ya I said that already. And no, the majority of infections in Brazil started in Rio their most populated and foreign traveled city. Also you just proved my point again, if the leaves don’t fall off their trees then they likely don’t have winters like you admit. So this virus doesnt die off in summer, like I said. Please for the love of god learn to troll better, you keep making arguments for me and making this easy…

    • Lilac Lizard | May 22, 2020 at 6:08 PM | Reply

@Some Person don’t spit the dummy & get your knickers in a knot! Why not use India as your example if you just want a hot country not a southern hemisphere one with summer & winter, like you claimed?
& stupid example to give with Australia anyway isn’t it, given the lack of virus there!
& Autumn & “fall” are NOT interchangeable terms! Only a really uneducated sepo would think that! Why don’t you get on your mobile at the servo, on your way to the bottleo during your maccas run & see if you can find anyone that can understand what you’re ranting about with your “fall”, cause all you’re gonna get is “you had too much goon? don’t worry, a slab or 2 will fix ya, just watch out for the booze bus – and keep your thongs on, cause the footpath’s hot enough to fry an egg this time of year”. No-one has any time for “ow but this is what we say so we expect you all to consider it interchangeable” wankers outside your virus infested shithole

    • rhonda miller | May 22, 2020 at 6:56 PM | Reply

Aussie here. It’s getting pretty cold and we have just reached 100 deaths most of the deaths occurred in the warmer months. We have successfully flattened the curve to the point where we are phasing into reopening ( not that it closed down entirely) shops and businesses where I live have remained open with restrictions and guidelines in place and industry keeps chugging along. We can now have several visitors, travel greater distance, kids going back to school, restaurants opening with limited seating etc.

  15. So refreshing to hear clear guidance.

  16. No one can get tested so how are these camps going to start testing anyone? Only Trump at this point can get tested for corona

    • there are testing sites EVERYWHERE….what are you on about? My parents got tested at a drive through facility and didnt even have symptoms. Youre spreading false nonsense.

    • Lilac Lizard | May 22, 2020 at 4:44 PM | Reply

I was thinking the same thing bill!

  17. The best we can hope for is to stay virus free, at least until there is a good treatment and/or vaccine.

  18. Melody Nolan | May 22, 2020 at 1:52 PM | Reply

It irritates me when people talk about a second wave. The first wave isn’t over except in the imaginations of some people.

    • Some Person | May 22, 2020 at 4:54 PM | Reply

True, but it will be a second major spike in cases. I guess you could call it a tsunami, as they usually have multiple waves and doesn’t recede until they’re done hitting.

    • SouthSide Chicago | May 22, 2020 at 10:42 PM | Reply

There’s no cure. The chances that you actually get Covid-19 is slim. Then if you do have it the chances you die is even more slim. Before people start screaming, what do you expect the world to do? Stay at home for another 4-5 months-2 years? If you are afraid, stay home. The world is moving on. Of course ti will spread.

    • @SouthSide Chicago The idea behind staying home is to slow it down. But, we need to adapt tho the new normal and go out wearing the right kind of protecion against the virus. If we isolate it, it will dissipate slowly in the next few years. If we let it keep going, it will become endemic.
We are the vehicle of transmission, the “vectors.” The virus uses humas to reproduce and needs humans to pass it on, if humans find a way to slow down passing it on, we stand a chance.
If infection rates drop below 0.7 %, it will eventually fade away in a few years.
It won’t be easy, but, it can be done. It requires discipline and leadership. Disgracefully, in the USA we lack both.

  19. RaymondKym Suttle | May 22, 2020 at 1:53 PM | Reply

The Southern Hemisphere was in summer when this started so that theory is absurd.

    • EXACTLY. And plenty of “hot” climates have it bad.

    • maybe it spread fast then since it was a new virus so it infected everyone. Now we’re in a state where 5-15% of Americans have already been exposed and ppl are practicing social distancing so the spread will be slower

    • Right now Brazil, which is tropical, humid, “summer” heat, is an absolute crisis.

    • @codent right its the fascist/conservatives That deny it and try ignore it away where it is worse.

  20. More sun killing virus ?
