  1. I’ve read quite a few of these posts and a lot of them make it clear why America will not be the leaders they were in the last century. There is no community left

    1. So true. And a disgusting lack of courage – our ancestors are rolling in their graves.

    1. Hope she wins if she does. But you can continue to hide under your bed from the Corona boogey man!

    1. Wingnut welfare! Every damn time.

Next week she’s going to refuse to serve pizza at a gay wedding to get another $1m.

    1. @Bobcat My Daddy told me “Son, Never carry a knife to a gun fight.” Those are wise words.

    2. Some Person any conservative is better than being a soyboy LGBTBEIS insane person on the left. Lefty men are repulsive

    1. @Geoffrey Devore There are 2 girls. One is a loser, and the other is a dummy. Who do I tell my son to stay away from? BOTH! Don’t try to compare dumb and dumber.

    1. They should of arrest all those crazy protesters but I forget, they are being paid big to do that, the Republicans or they are all on disability and don’t work anyway!!

    2. @Scott Norris Hey if people want to hurt people, it’s apparently ok according to science denying morons. Shoot whomever you like, I will when someone comes within 6ft of me without a mask. Stay the hell home unless you’re essential, like I am.

    3. @Adam Stone

The judge and law enforcement violated the law.

*_Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States._*

*_For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim._*

*_The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any._*

      *TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242*

*_Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnaping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death._*

    1. @M no. No one should flaunt the law. What two people do isn’t the issue it’s how. Standing up for her beliefs would’ve been going to work. Holding an impromptu press conference so you can tear up a judge’s order on the news is stupid. She really can’t feed her kids from jail. Also even in ordinary times tearing up that paper would get her contempt of court charges and a weekend in jail. Protest legally. File an injunction. Contact a Senator. Tons of options that don’t include flaunting the law.

    2. *HEY CNN, THIS CHY-NESE VIRUS DOESN’T EXCUSE BEIJING BIDEN FROM ANYTHING!!!*
      *IMAGINE AND PICTURE THE HORROR!!!*
*THAT FKN RAPIST PUSSYGRABBER BEIJING BIDEN FORCED HIS HAND INSIDE HIS VICTIM!!!!*

  2. Yeah, there are tonnes of other businesses owners in the state in the exact same financial circumstances. She isn’t special.

    1. But she’s one of the only ones that actually has enough courage to stand up. people aren’t mad that she’s potentially spreading a virus they’re mad that they have to participate and they feel stupid if everybody else. “If I have to wear a mask so do you”

    2. Her argument wasn’t that she was special. Her argument was that she needs to make money to feed her children.

    1. Mickey Rosa mentioning “white privilege” is discrimination based on race . You should feel proud to know that your ideology lines up with Nazism

    1. @bngr bngr Shelley Luther was found in civil and criminal contempt of court in Dallas for ignoring a temporary restraining order prohibiting her from operating her business, and violating the governor’s executive stay-at-home orders to stop the spread of coronavirus…this is law and the judge asked her to admit guilt but she refused…so enlighten me…how is this abuse of power by the judge?…he gave her the chance to go free

  3. Um, excuse me. Her privilege says she doesn’t have to do what you say-like everybody else.

    1. Says the person with an essential business job privilege. I’d do the same thing if I couldn’t feed my kids.

    2. @Coronavirus is the best thing to ever happen Eat up the law or law-abiding citizen? Tell you what you go out and do what you want. Oh but do us a favor don’t go to the hospital when you get sick.

    3. I’m sure her kids are eating well. Lol. People will use their kids to get out of everything. Let’s hope with that $500,000 she helps feed other kids without food.

    4. WOAHH BRO because theres a good chance its true. People lie, and its not exclusive to the political party you undoubtedly white knight on every occasion you get. Money makes the world go round and people want more of it reguardless of what they need to say.

  4. She let her ego do the talking and take over the present moment in that courtroom but she will not be able to see that,

    1. I’m sorry, just say it, then open up safely on Friday.
Uses her kids as weapons, I’m feeding my kids. Just say Im sorry, open on Friday safely, and then feed your kids.
Too vain to say Im sorry. Big attention seeker, part of a freedom movement.
Its not a freedom movement, it’s common sense.
Dangerous pandemic and need to produce$, balance it out.
Make it safe, masks, gloves, social distance.
All the protests without masks are ignorant. Protest is good.
Protest in dangerous pandemic without mask is not good.
Wear a mask, no excuse not to.

  5. “You aren’t allowed to earn money, but you still need money to eat” is a no-win situation.
This is a failure on the government’s part to provide basic necessities to everyone that they are forcing into unemployment.

I don’t object to the lockdown, just that it’s ineptly managed.

    1. That’s exactly the issue! What are people supposed to do? I would be absolutely terrified if I had children to care for now! The U.S. needs to come up with monthly income for people, stop foreclosures and evictions and allow people to isolate at home!

    2. bg6b7bft – In Canada where they have Universal Healthcare and each citizen received $4,000 instead of $1,200 nobody is in a rush to get back to work. They are having an easier time with staying closed until July. Instead of the U.S. bailing out Wall Street, we should’ve spent those 2-3 trillion on the citizens. You still have no economy if nobody will come out, or if the people that were supposed to spend money are dead. As usual, Trump does the opposite of what would be prudent. He wants his hotels filled with guests, and that’s all he’s thinking about.

    1. @Jon Stark Perhaps, but that is true with most things. The point is we need to stop playing with the fringes of the curve. We cannot hide indefinitely, we cannot go right back to the way it was before.

    2. @Jon Stark I haven’t gotten sick through this entire thing. But you Millennials were made to wear pampers. lol

    3. @Jon Stark No, people think they’re tough as nails because they’re members of the human race, who have survived over 50,000 years of human evolution. Millennials, on the other hand, barely qualify as human.

    4. @Sean Morgan Glad to see another essential worker like myself. But I’ve been out there and exposed for so long that not only am I asymptomatic, I can’t wait to get an antibody test so I find out I’m hopefully immune. South Korea, who has successfully dealt with this pandemic, have said that those who have been exposed and develop antibodies are immune to it.

  6. She’s not being sentenced for the citation offence. She’s being sentenced for contempt of a direct judicial order. The judge gave her a chance to purge her contempt by apologising and complying. She refused.
The one thing no judge can ever allow is a direct challenge to judicial authority. It’s an attack on the whole system.

    1. Not an attack on judicial system, standing against a tyrannical gov situation. May God bless her and some of you learn something from her about having a brain and a backbone.

    2. Q. E. D. What’s unconstitutional and why this case should be thrown out and her given her freedom back is that the judge gave her an ultimatum that she can either be humiliated into apologizing and kissing his judicial ring or she can go to jail. This judge has no business being on the bench. Power hungry men are not honorable.

    3. @Edward Tillotson so stay hidden bro . And please don’t get pulled over. Straight to jail you go no $ 200, because if you are being honest. There are warrants for your arrest. I have been there done that.

  7. Your life is like a diamond, expensive shiny durable rate and priceless…
Don’t hand it over to coronavirus

  8. [States re-open as cases surge]
Gee, I didn’t see that headline coming 😹 what a joke

    1. @Who That Boy I think your getting confused that coronavirus is a type of virus covid 19 is the new virus get you facts right before you argue with people LMAO

    2. Judah Weinstein Leave it to JEWda STEIN🔯 to drop a unrelated comment, that literally had nothing to do with anything lmao

  9. Think I saw this girl on the news few weeks ago, didn’t she announce she was gonna reopen before she actually reopened on the news?

    1. It’s called Contempt of Court. It is a charge that’ll get you a weekend in jail. Happens all the time to stubborn people.

    2. @M No she going let her so call friends get her in trouble, I bet they are all in her ear?
