The E O Leblanc Highway which runs along the West Coast of Dominica has been completely rehabilitated. This 45km stretch of road was damaged due to TS Erika (2015) and Hurricane Maria (2017). The People's Republic of China once again came forward to assist Dominica and provided over 50 million dollars in financing for the rehabilitation of this major road.
