COVID-19 pandemic has increased food insecurity: Food Banks Canada

Food Banks Canada's Tanya Little says that 34 per cent of the people who rely on food banks in the country are children.

  2. I own a business, a photography studio and event photography/videography service. Since the last pandemic I decimated my savings and have had to use the foodbank cuz there’s no business but my rent still cost 1800$ a month. Last year I was middle class and never went hungry. Not so much no

    1. Blame all those in public health and the government. Because it was THEIR policies which resulted in that.

  3. No ODSP increase since F0rd govt, cov!d support ended Jul. last yr.. many would starve without food assistance. Thanks be to hamper program facilitators & donors.
