  1. not that I’m defending Cuomo but any good attorney would advise their client in this position to remain off the media and let the lawyer take the reins…come on it’s stupid to ask why he’s not speaking…

    1. @Anthea Rutherford , First off, your being so sure of something that’s not true tells a lot about you. If I’m trolling, then so are you. Secondly, if you don’t think the law involves semantics, you don’t know much about the law, and probably not much about anything else either.

    2. @Chris Griffin Obviously you hit the DJTJ stash for not being able to recognize literal support. Did your daddy abandon you much or your older brother take too many liberties?

  2. Strange, cultists keep claiming MSNBC would shamelessly defend Cuomo and smear his accusers but nothing like that here. Guess it’s just more projection. 🤷‍♂️📽

    1. @Rosemary Wilson The Cuomo sexual harassment legacy going unreported for decades is exactly the reason MSNBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC affiliates should never be trusted. They censored information to protect him. And you all thought you could rely on them for your belief system. So sad.

  3. Most people don’t know what legally constitutes sexual harassment and sexual assault – we can’t even agree on common social definitions. Just what the Governor’s political enemies ordered for their trial by public opinion.

    1. Lots of people DO, but probably only under the laws of their own state. Lots of people here THINK they do, but most of them don’t. (Like the idea that it’s only harassment if it’s happened multiple times *to the same person*. WTF??? Maybe some staes are that benighted, but not NY.) It isn’t difficult to find out — 10 minutes on Google will get any semi-competent person all the information they need to know about the letter of the law. What’s at issue is whether the described behaviour meets the definition in law, and whether the accusers are believed. The latter is the sticking point, because some people refuse to believe women, even when they have corroborating testimony.

    1. @Ally M FYI, direct quote from AG Report: During the month long investigation, 179 WITNESSES were interviewed and 74,000 pieces of evidence were reviewed. The report details the women’s testimonies of suggestive remarks made by the governor and his unwanted hugging, kissing and groping.

    2. @MD You stated “11 witnesses,” NOT “179.” ELEVEN is the number of accusers. You CAN”T have it both ways.

    3. @MD I could care less, if you have a degree or you don’t. My point was to challenge your exclamatory comments like he “broke the law.” My interest purely lies, in whether or not this man is being railroaded or not. It’s sad you cannot see that. I’m a NYer– born and raised. The Democratic politicians, here, are VICIOUS, more so than many other places. Good luck to you………….

  4. This is getting ridiculous. I’ll be leaving Earth for awhile, I’ll check back in a couple of months. ✌️

    1. We have had the, “Me Too” movement going strong for years, and now, all of a sudden 10 or more women come forth to make these allegations? And, at the exact same time? And just before the election for Governor begins? All of a sudden now, NYC mayor has a new and clean look, is smiling and doing part of his job once again? Stop calling the public stupid. BS! These women were all so unnerved and not one of these women quit? Guys, let’s wake up out there, you give it away by doing the same pattern formation each time.

  5. Every day our news media turns it’s viewers into a lynch mob. Why are so many people against this man having a fair trial?

    2. @Potter Charles Sounds like Fox News is your trusted source for information since you didn’t mention them as being untrustworthy.

  6. Basically, the accuser can practically alledge anything and build a case and force the person to resign under pressure. The media is actually party in this case as always.

  7. He’s a Democrat. All of those cameras around and no proof. He sincerely looked hurt. I’m just saying 🤷
