  1. I take it that this is why the govt. is not releasing the number of child fatalities? I am sure they are laughing their asses off with how many children have died to their incompetence. (They try to bury all of their other malpractices after all…)

    1. @Juicyblunts, nope, I’ve been questioning the number of cases and deaths listed as covid since they stopped listing other causes of death, like flu, drowning, heart attack, stabbings, shootings, strangulation, mutilation in serious car accidents, natural causes, suicide, plane crashes, etc.

    2. @David Hamilton I wasn’t sure if they were still doing this but at least a few months back, basically if you had any COVID-like symptoms at death, you were often automatically labelled with it being the cause of death; sans postmortem analysis. This may not have happened all the time but it was plenty common enough apparently.

  2. This is no different that the lady who died in her sleep down the street and had several health issues being reported as a COVID death. This family is fighting back as well.

    1. Same as every other year. All deaths are covid related now, they need to keep the numbers up, as covid cases plummet.

    1. Hospitals have been incentivized to mark covid death on death certificates.. there are many stories just like this one all over the world

    1. Saddest part is, if you mention this story to someone a day, or week from now all they’ll give you is a blank stare.

    1. @Primmakin Sofis Journalist not “journalists”. It’s singular! “Does that make it easier to read?”

    2. @light bulb you still need quotation marks they’re being used to refer to someone or something in a mocking way. It’s not because of singular or plural.

  3. That’s just one case and only because the family fought back for this clarification. There’s a special place in hell for these politicians.

    1. @iunklulkbyuyg What’s making the pandemic is including those who succumb to heart attacks, accidents, diabetes and everything else under the sun in the statistics that should include only those who passed away from COVID. The review process needs to be accurate and transparent.

    2. @Greg O it will never be, they do not want the true out there. Everything blamed on Covid so they can keep this going. Totally evil.

  4. “I’m sorry if… “ is not an apology. A sincere apology is worded “I’m sorry that”. My heart goes out to the family.

    1. hahahahaha the gov hates this when we cant add the count to covid … every number matters 🤦🏾‍♂️…

    2. @Lon Did she admit any wrong doing? Didn’t seem like it to me. Basically said “I’m sorry that you feel offended.”

    3. Mercanaries usually never apologize it’s collateral damage. Especially for robot humans after 10yrs of robot training

    4. @Peace Lily you think that’s bad pray and wait to see if the awakening ever happens .the data dump will boggle the mind of who’s who and what’s what but covid has proven Canadian prefer to kneel then be free so most likely never happen in this country. That’s why getting vaxxed and getting the eff outta here just so I can leave.and whatever future hold will never return as many many are doing and will do.

  5. Time to be transparent with this whole thing. There are many, many cases more.
Glad the family stood up. My condolences for your loss.

    1. She literally said she is sorry they are mad that she lied about “THAT DEATH” 😳😳😳😳 She didnt say she was sorry

    1. They explained that if you had covid and died in the crash they won’t label it as a covid death. It’s clear. But coronavirus definitely plays a huge role in someone life especially if you have severe illness like heart disease or cancer.

  6. “Sorry” does not cut it in this family’s situation. It’s disgusting that their loss would be used in this manner.

    1. My grandmother was in hospital on life support after a massive stroke. She tested negative for covid twice in the 6 days she was in hospital. The day she was taken off life support and died she was tested and it came back positive. She was listed as the only covid death in Ottawa that day.

    2. There have been lots of cases like this. I was wondering if they were still doing it, but I guess they are. I hope you understand what I mean when I say this, but at least this kid actually had COVID, and didn’t die from something completely different while being COVID negative, then get branded as a COVID death anyway.

  7. Politicians have no respect for anyone. Didn’t the poor family have enough grief with they’re loss. This is disgusting

    1. “disgusting” absolutely but no word(s) are appropriate for this brutal tragedy/travesty … I say again we elected these pretenders – what horrors will follow ???

    2. @Bruce Wayne All politicians are pretenders, they will politicize anything to gain favour from voters. Our democracy is in shambles.

  8. Blessings to Nati’s family. I’m so sorry for your loss. He looks like a beautiful little soul. May you find comfort in this time.

I’m sorry you have to go through the this publicly. Thank you for your courage to speak out.

  9. This comes back to the same question: if covid is as bad as they say, why do they feel the need to inflate the numbers?
