15 of my family members were diagnosed with covid. I would tell you get the vaccine it is not worth the risk of chancing it. However, none of them died or even really got that sick. My mom had a bad cough for 2 weeks. My sister’s whole family (4 altogether) tested positive never had symptoms. They were only tested because they were exposed. Took 2 weeks to test negative so her son could go back to school. I’m on the fence whether it is necessary or not. I think true healthy people have no worry.

I believe I’m now at the age, not taking the plunge is the best option for staying healthy. Even if I was younger I’d say the same thing. No one knows you better than you.
