@Lanuiiohu Sukikiya While it may be mild in terms of damage, it’s much more worrisome because this was initiated by the President. It was also against a building the VP and senators were in. That’s a bit more serious than the federal building in Portland or a police building. Not to mention the guy with the zip tie handcuffs and whoever built the gallows outside. And all that while the President just sat there in his office watching it all unfold on TV like it was a Sunday football game. That’s crazy stuff.
If Trump had gone down with his supporters and actually protested out front of the capitol building, that would have been incredible. But no, he went home and watched it unfold while people did his dirty work.

That’s all of them. That’s literally every single one of the state capitols. You could have just said all.
That was the call that I saw being discussed on social media – for everyone who supports the Trump-inspired attempt to overthrow the election results to go to their own local State Capitol, fully armed, with an implied idea that the events of Jan 6th could be repeated right across the nation – and that by so doing, there would simply not be enough effective law enforcement forces such as the National Guard available to deal with it, whereupon the Trumpists would somehow seize power, or at least cause a whole lot of trouble.
What’s probably still to be determined is to what extent this plan for a coordinated national insurrection will be taken up in each State, and what sort of numbers might be involved.
