The vast majority are not running the political party. The vast majority of Democrats vote for the leaders that support those things. That makes the vast majority guilty of “wanting” those applied to all of us.
Kamala Harris said she would sign executive orders to take our guns away if she became president. Little does she know that she can’t sign an executive order against our rights. Not that she wouldn’t try anyway. Democrats in office have been doing illegal things for a long while now. Even Obamacare is illegal, yet it stuck because he kicked doors and threw tantrums till he got his way…forget that everyone just wanted something that’s legal.
You can’t vote for those things and then claim you’re against it.

Flynn spoke to Kisleyak twice. He lied both times when asked by the media, to the vice president, then to the FBI.
He was fired for lying to the VP. He was on tape. Dead to rights.
Then he lied to the FBI.
THEN he swore he lied under oath in open court with assistance of counsel.
Then he had insinuation that his plea was coerced and/ or involuntary.
So the judge put him on the stand and questioned him under oath. He testified he had lied as charged a second time in open court and was guilty.

Please see the attached article, there is a link to the motion and attached notes, it’s about two paragraphs down. The FBI claims that Flynn was being forthright and was not intending to deceive.

And if you look into the case it becomes apparent why the Justice Department put in the motion to dismiss. FBI misconduct being among the reasons. And if you look into what Flynn really did it becomes even more apparent this is a political hit.
Bottom line is that the judge will eventually have to grant the motion to dismiss. What we are seeing now is just political theater.

If you think Flynn was treated unfairly, dude, you have no idea what’s going on at your local courthouse. Or, you seem to think that Flynn is totally totally innocent… but what about his illegal lobbying charges? Those have nothing to do with his interview, they are not a ‘process crime.’
The FBI called Flynn in for a voluntary interview because _they_ _thought_ _he_ _was_ _guilty_ of something. Flynn had not been telling the truth to the VP et al. about his meeting w/the Russian ambassador. The FBI wanted to know “why?” Separately, they had financial statements saying Flynn was _not_ reporting income from the government of Turkey, and _not_ disclosing he was a paid lobbyist for a foreign national. That is a big no-no in defense.
I mean, what do you think happens when investigating a murder? Let’s say law enforcement have circumstantial evidence, but not enough to convict. So they call in the suspect for an interview to make a statement. You are saying that, in the case of murderer, the FBI should _never_ write, “Should we catch him in a lie?” Why is that against the rules? If the murderer says, “I wasn’t there that night,” the FBI should say, “Well, I’m not going to check that. What if we caught him in a lie?”

It needs to be kept going until late January. If Flynn’s case is finished while Trump is still in office, he will pardon Flynn. If the judge waits till after Biden is sworn in to finally sentence Flynn, he won’t get a pardon.
