When Tropical Storm Erika dumped more than 10 inches of rain on Dominica in just a matter of hours in August last year, the river flowing in the middle of the Colihaut village swelled and overflowed its banks causing massive damage in that community.
GIS news took its cameras on a tour of the Colihaut Constituency with Hon Member of Parliament, Catherine Daniel on Thursday 16th June, and Kimani St. Jean filed this report.
