  1. He’s screwed. This fool did himself NO favors testifying today. It’s was nuts. Weird that of the HOURS of testimony today you highlight this tiny clip of him hearing a scream lol

  2. I was beginning to have a bit of about his credibility after he said Paltrow jumped out of a helicopter, clamped onto his back covering his eyes, scorching down hill and landing on a giant marshmallow.

    1. @Georgie A story about Gwyneth Paltrow and you bring up Trump. And you accuse dems of having DTS. His time will come one day, hopefully soon, but until then you might want to seek help

    2. @GreatWhiteBuckwheat lmao, it’s been 7 years bud.. meanwhile his poll numbers are skyrocketing so keep up the good work🤣.. WE GOT HIM🤣🤣🤣🤣.. nope.. FJB

    3. @Georgie Do you need a hobby ? Have you ever thought about puzzles or painting because blindly standing up for Trump has got to be stressful.

  3. I think anything you say right after an accident can count as in shock ” I’m ok”.
She makes it sound so gross about the possiblity of a sexual assault….
    Out on a ski hill?

  4. I have skied for over 65 years and all I can say is…nice try buddy, better luck next time. All the best.

  5. He said, she said. We need cameras. Without footage or 100 witnesses, the judge should throw out the case for lack of evidence. It sounds like the accuser may have had a mild disability and himself lost control of his skis by accident. He ran up against Paltrow and is now altering the order of things? We’ll never know without cameras so there’s no use in the case going forward.

    1. How creepy that you think we need to have cameras everywhere to document every potential litigation. Big Brother much?

    2. @Some Guy No, I was saying that the case is useless to try without that kind of evidence, not that we should have such cameras about collecting it.

    3. @Netizen Capet
Then I guess 99% of these kinds of cases shouldn’t be tried, because there weren’t cameras around to capture the incident?
      GTFOOHWTS

  6. He’s trying to get money. He said sorry, probably before he knew who she was, and as soon as he did, he thought this might be his only chance to get some money.

    1. You talk about this like you were actually there, or have mind-reading abilities. You were not actually there, and you do not have mind-reading abilities, Karnac, attorney-at-law.

    2. @Some Guy Public figures are more exposed to such incidents. He left on his feet. Is any proof that he was taken away on a stretcher? Why comes to talk now ? He recognised her later? In case of strong impact , you are affected on the spot .. you go to the doctor right away, or soon after. Has he any medical records to prove that was that incident causing him problems, if he has any ? Maybe had another.. Has he any exam done soon after ?
No , we were not there

    3. @Elena
That’s what the court is there to establish. You were not there. You are not a mind-reader. Stop pretending that you are either or both.

  7. Oh, come on. She thought she was being sexually assaulted on the ski slope while she’s wearing a ski suit onesie. Give me a freaking break. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Those of us that have actually been sexually assaulted, know the difference.

  8. Snow skiing is a ‘risk’ activity. All who participate know they are at some time going to fall over and even ski into an obstacle. If there are those of us that are not prepared to except the risks associated with skiing then that’s OK, they should just stay of the slopes.

    1. Well, in the main, that’s true, one accepts the risks when skiing. However, the downhill skier has the right of way. Violate that rule, and you are liable. Also, reckless skiing, especially when there is a crowd is not tolerated. People get sued for negligent skiing often, and unlike this case, someone is truly hurt badly.

  9. There’s dishonesty coming from the both of them. He basically wrecked into a bank and blames the bank and she’s basically the bank but doesn’t want to help him in any way. He’s being dishonest to gain money and she’s been slightly dishonest when she doesn’t have to in order not to give him anything.

  10. All you need to know is, the old guy was almost 70 years old, blind in one eye and had cataracts in his good eye. He has a whole list of health issues and still thought it was a good idea to go skiing side to side on a busy ski run. This shows that he has poor risk assessment and lacks good judgement. Case closed.

    1. Missing the part that he was taken on a stretcher or something.. What happened since 2016? Maybe had an issue and puts the blame on thst incident. I do not believe the guy

  11. Gwyneth is not a sympathetic figure. However, she has the facts on her side here. There’s the ski instructor. Me at least, I have not heard of the ski patrol at Deer Valley carting this guy off with a toboggan – standard practice for a serious accident. They collided. No one knows who was uphill. There is little to corroborate his story.
