  1. Why wouldn’t he be arrested? If he isn’t it sets a bad precedent to other candidates to misuse campaign finance money. Trump isn’t exempt from the law.

    1. @bngr bngr What you have is a stack on charge like racketeering. THIS charge isn’t for that, sure; but this is also MUCH different from a j walking ticket. He’s just getting charged for doing it, the real problems are when they add on to it like they did with Alex Jones. He thought they were suing him for a billion dollars instead of that just being there for him making the comments, not the ramifications of it to each person effected.

    2. @GhØØst Jones was a civil case. I’m this type of criminal case, the DA is limited by jurisdiction.

    3. @bngr bngr Yes………. but laws aren’t… it’s the TYPE of law he’s charged with; I”m not trying to make a 1:1 comparison, just talking smack on a similar case by a similar character. So you’re thinking the DA of several states just charged trump just because and that they have no evidence that hasn’t been released yet? He won’t go to jail but he’s going to have to pay money that he doesn’t actually have… which is another lawsuit he’s under. And that’s how the trump family lost all of it’s money because trump is an even worse dad then his own.

  2. It’s not the end, it’s not the beginning of the end but perhaps it’s the end of the beginning – Winston Churchill 1942

  3. Trump in 2016-“I don’t pay any taxes because I’m smart.”
NY jury in 2022-“We hereby find Trump Org. guilty on all 17 counts of tax fraud.”
    😂😂😂😂😂

  4. NOT putting him on camera would be the worst punishment. He WANTS to be seen in cuffs so his minions will have reason to act on his behalf.

  5. Well that marks the 8,791st time I’ve had to update my final “Now I’ve Seen It All” list when it comes to Trump.

  6. I am honestly just so tired of talking about this anymore it’s becoming humiliating. Both sides, the justice system, everyone involved on both sides are literally just showing how incompetent the United States government actually is. Either arrest him or don’t but it’s been years at the point of talking about it.

  7. This is the case of two Criminals/Co-conspirators (Michael Cohen and Don the Con). The fact that Michael Cohen has already been convicted would not render his testimony as being invalid !!! The testimony of Co-Conspirator is often the most important factor in convicting his accomplice.

  8. At times in everybody’s life it comes a time to just shut your mouth, no matter what one thinks of himself after a while they become a fool🤔

  9. Wouldn’t they also take his DNA besides his finger prints like everyone else? I would like to know the answer to this important question. This would make E Jean Carols case easier.

  10. If the GOP was a person, it would have the honesty of George Santos, the brains of Lauren Boebert, the compassion of Marjorie Traitor Greene, the morals of Matt Gaetz, the integrity of Lindsey Graham, the spine of Kevin McCarthy and the personality of Trump.
