Never heard of him but I like him for this, and I agree. Unless the romantic scene is crucial to the plot, it is totally unnecessary! Often I just sit and cringe under does few minutes or take a bathroom break. Totally hacky.
agreed!! i usually skip through the unnecessary romantic scenes. they kind of repulse and bore me. seems like many shows force a romantic scene into the story just because.
