First off, why are they doing it at night, in the winter in NK, second, aside from that one public square, the streets are absolutely _empty,_ it is as if they were all swept together into that one plaza. Then you have that immense NK flag, which would be _invisible_ to those people, but visible to anyone watching from space – that would also notice how much more crowded it makes that plaza.
Ultimately it looks like those Trump rallies, where they close off the upper decks, don’t point the cameras up and proclaim how packed the place is. The carefully orchestrated performance acting of the Kim’s as dangerous despots, that the greater world must legislate, tax and defend against, has _never_ been more obvious.
