Unions work for better wages , retirement benefits, and for safety for workers.
Police unions should have nothing to do with anyone who wears a badge and drags a woman out of her own car as she is smoking a cigarette after what— he said —was failure to signal a lane change. The badge was desecrated, the union, the municipality, and his family.
Unions should’ve drawn the line long ago—this is not what we defend. No more looking the other way. We have the internet. Start with police chief contact. Institute and implement ride with cops program. Citizens care, but how does anybody know it?
