Sexual harassment laws hasn’t changed, he attempted to change the rules for his own benefit. Only Cuomo threw his political Public Service career out the window.
Actually, when Cuomo was a young man, there really weren’t any sexual harassment laws.
In the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, there may have been a few sexual harassment rules on the books, but they were never enforced. The victim always was the one punished, not the perp. And, you could win a lawsuit, then you’d never work again, because nobody would hire such a troublemaker.
Wait till the hammer drops on him over the thousands of senior citizens he killed.

Right?!? I live in a state where we’ve had to attend Sexual Harassment Training at least once every two years for decades, now it’s every year. I can’t imagine NY being any less vigilant about it. This is all BS
