Speaking as a Brit, I’m pretty sure the Queen will be happy to meet an urbane, well-educated, and polite Presidential couple; particularly after enduring the last crass oaf and his trophy wife.

The queen doesn’t really have power. That’s all with the parliament of elected leaders. It’s more tradition and courtesy that gives her any kind of power – if you could really call it power as such. So I would assume that is what was meant by ‘soft power’.
@Muire2 your wrong. She has very much the power. Don’t forget the army serves her majesty , the passport is issued in her name. She does not use her powers as it will basically screw up the royal family.
@Mo Bahar fair enough but she can only execute those powers based on laws set down in parliament though. So she can’t do what she likes or parliament would simply change law’s to prevent her from inappropriately interfering in democratic process (not that I think she would want to). So she doesn’t have true power.

So we now have at least two instances where this unapproved SQL software was found on Dominion voting machines in at least two swing states.
