Young American families need a “safety net”. They need to be certain that they will be capable of going to work in order to continue to support themselves, but, especially when they have a disabled child, they need to have access to early intervention school programs. It’s easy for the men to label this as a “woman’s issue” until business finds it has a need for employable, educated adults. Time to move forward with the basics of governing.
