  1. Not laying out in the media is a good idea. I don’t understand why he let it all out on Twitter before he met with the President.

    1. @David Fromberg So you think powerful Nancy who changed a 200-year law so that it would take at least 50 to oust her was powerful??? Do you think Nancy, Schumer, and Biden should have all that power and not your elected representatives?????? What a stupid idea!!!! Wrote her own bills so she could get rich off insider trading. Never televised Congress in Action. That crooked and non-transparent loon should be the mob boss like her full-time Mafia grandfather and part-time Mafia father?????

    2. @GreatWhiteBuckwheat Like Nancy’s crooked backbone that she used to stop a 200-year-old law so it would take 50 to oust her. Do you think Biden, Schumer, and Nancy should have all the power instead of your elected representatives??? That’s insane!!

    3. @kay armstrong Yes, let’s celebrate the weakest speaker in American history–great news for Maga. They always like to see how low they can set the bar.

  2. Thank you. I appreciate you keeping us informed. Really, I’m impressed. I will always appreciate Jason. Our government has no idea how much people are struggling right now. Your truthful advice on mental health, homelessness, gun violence, mass killings, elementary schools, hunger, lack of access to healthcare, racial tensions, hatred, fentanyl overdoses, gang violence, police brutality, violations of human rights, mass illegal immigration, the collapse of the financial system, the extreme economic downturn, record-high inflation, and the Great Depression has been very helpful to me and helped keep this story alive. It has been a true blessing. Can it really get any better than that? You are brilliant

    1. @John Christman At the age of 80 Joe Biden’s net worth is $10 million. McCarthy’s net worth is $95 million at the age of 58.

    2. This comment has such copious amounts of truth it attracted some subhuman trash redhat trumpanzees…

I just woke up, I need coffee before getting out the 🍿🍿 but I guess I shouldn’t have turned on youtube…

    3. What’s wrong with people who have money? I don’t consider myself rich but I sure don’t judge people only on wealth you sound pathetic.

    1. @Big D’s Gaming that’s because past legislators have looked after you , these current ones would take it away from you the very first chance and call it helping…

  3. When Kevin McCarthy says “whats best for the American people” he really means Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar and Matt Gaetz.

    1. @Morgan Stevens the puppeteers are all members of the sedition caucus. I’m reasonably certain they’re all white. The ones he had to beg & swear fealty to in order to get the gavel.

    2. @James Tragle I don’t care what race they are. You’re the racist, not me. I’m a proud black Conservative.

    3. @sniffie joe Congratz to Dixie on getting another account!

And for boosting CNN’s engagement numbers on their video’s so diligently.

  4. McCarthy — “If you have a child and you give them a credit card and they spend that limit, you are responsible for that debt.” So the child he’s referring to here is Donald Trump????

    1. Except that the whole world is not responsible for that child’s debt but it’s the whole world economy that would suffer.

  5. Trump increased the debt substantially with the tax cuts for wealthy and corporations. That was a reduction in revenue increasing a debt.

  6. It’s unfair on how things have turned up to be due to the recent world economic downturn… things has been so difficult, this isn’t good in the sense that it ends up addicting the civilians financially in different angles of life. we see complains here and there on social media from different people in different parts all round the world

    1. Thanx for that Clara- that comment hits the nail on the head 4 sure. Everyone forgets that we’re humans, and many times when some hurt, too many forget that hurt. We’re all Americans, not liberals and conservatives, or red and blue.

  7. “I’m not going to tell the press what I want to do”…. Yea cause why would we want our leaders telling us the plan, what could go wrong, trust me.

  8. I think it would be the Congress who should take a cut in pay for a start to show how serious they are about balancing the budget, then the Senate will take a cut, and then the Military Contractors will take a cut, and finally they can start on Social Security and Medicare

  9. So in his analogy, the “children” would like to pay for food, shelter, and medical care, for the children and everyone else in the house. The “parents” instead want to give presents to their rich friends. Somebody call child services!

  10. He neglects to say that most of the interest is paid to wealthy Americans & Companies via their holdings of government bonds & tax concessions. Also that Trump gave away over 100 billion dollars in tax reduction for the most wealthy so they pay less taxes than the average working person.

  11. $8 Trillion on interest? Gee, just think how much lower it would be if The Prior Guy hadn’t added $8 Trillion to the Debt.

  12. “If we weren’t elected, we wouldn’t be having this discussion.”
Take that as a lesson learned, folks.
