*—If you could reason with a Trump supporter, they wouldn’t be Trump supporters—* ….

  3. Yes somebody care thank you sen sanders

    • Yes Bernie cares, no doubt about that. There are many others in Congress who care too; they all have a (D) next to their name.

I agree with Bernie Sanders. Yes we need direct payments now.

@Pat Doyle What has Congress done in the last 35 years to help the average American?

    • Jacqueline Wernett | December 5, 2020 at 10:26 PM | Reply

@Dillon McCluskey to help feed hungry children and families. Are you implying the pandemic has not rendered many unemployed.

@Steven Dow trying and doing two different things

    • Dillon McCluskey | December 5, 2020 at 10:32 PM | Reply

@Jacqueline Wernett There is work out there, it depends on what you are willing to do.

During the $600 a week unemployment benefits people were not out looking for work… they were making more money staying at home.

No, I am not a fan of hand outs.

@The Only Young Steak B*tch PROPERTY OF PITTSBURGH I agree.

  5. I love Bernie, because he will fight forcthe little people

@Wally Censorship he’s the poorest senator, has less than a million, and doesn’t have mansions

    • Wally Censorship | December 5, 2020 at 6:35 PM | Reply

@Jaskaran Singh hahahaha yeah sure 😉
Do you have three houses ? He does.
A poor person doesn’t have three houses do they ?

    • Renee Reinhardt | December 5, 2020 at 7:32 PM | Reply

They aren’t the little people. They are people with no voice because of how this country silences those in need. We must be the voice for them as has none!

    • Tessmage Tessera | December 5, 2020 at 9:14 PM | Reply

@Wally Censorship Who cares how many houses Bernie has..? There is no contradiction between democratic socialism and wealth. None whatsoever. Bernie earned his money honestly, by writing a best-selling book. More power to him.

    • @Wally Censorship He let us down big time all he can do is talk but I doubt will ever see action from this career politician

The President we didn’t deserve but needed..#FEELTHEBERN

    • Imagine if he was President. Just imagine it. So disappointing.

    • Gary~ Agree I’m from Denmark part of Scandinavian countries that Bernie can has always been a big economic stimulus situation of. But nope US here’s Scandinavian countries and first thing is to assume socialist country.

It’s actually kind of ironic as US —like every other country with an advanced economy, such as the U.K., Germany, France, and Japan—is already a partly socialist country, with a mixed economy and many government programs that serve the public good. has “socialist” programs that have been part such as; Welfare programs, subsidized programs, social security,
And any government that has to intervene in a “capitalist market” (etc of intervening is setting say minimum wage regulations, minimum/maximum amount of hours a person can work a week, control the amount of taxes that are paid by both employees and employers, Child wage laws, wage regulations on working over 40 hours a week… obviously US is not exactly a “free-market” but no country is 💯 perfect.

Even the PM of Canadian has his citizens taken care of!
Step it up US 💗🙏 Xoxo

    • @Hailey K There are a lot of American’s who have been taught to think that Socialism is ‘Communism’, dictatorship and loss of freedom…
Bernie Sanders is proving to them, by his words alone, that this is NOT the case… Socialism in for those who are at the grass roots… You know… Those who actually are the foundation for all of these large corporations that keep the wall street market moving AND the economy going

@Equality we’d be the envy of the world, instead of the dumpster fire created by trump

IT IS NOT A HANDOUT TO SAVE THE LIVES OF THE PUBLIC….OTHER COUNTRIES OVER THE WORLD ARE DOING IT!

    • Priscilla Robb | December 5, 2020 at 9:26 PM | Reply

@Miss Slim , I am so sorry to hear that. So sorry. 🙏🙏🙏

    • Thanks to heartless Mitt & the GOP America country is now a third world country.

    • You pay taxes to help the people and to stimulate the economy, the fact that they are not helping the American people is unconscionable. I’m not from America I’m from Canada and I am so thankful our government hasn’t waited to help the working people. The people who keep the economy rolling. I hope your new president will help you all out of this crisis.

    • @Miss Slim That is wonderful! Maybe you two can mend the fences and be neighborly. Two limbs is not worth the hate. I wish I had pears falling in my yard. You would be the BEST neighbor. 🤣 There is an old saying, “When God shuts a door, he opens a window.” Best of luck to you hon. I pray you get some good news and finances soon. 😘❤❤

    • @Sandra Lewis Your Country may be larger, but if everyone worked together instead of railing against each other, it could all be going back to normal in a matter of 8 weeks…. We had those QAnon followers here in NZ as well, but they were cried down… All that was left was the whinging about how it was all a hoax.
For you all, I wish it were so and I wish you safe and to be able to watch the big game on a big screen from a packed restaurant or the stands as well… Sooner, rather than Later

Yet…food lines and homeless will increase!!!! No money to the people is just plain crazy!!!

    • @Sparky McSpark I’m glad you mentioned that, now go and give these people a job!

    • Lets give the red states the Hoover food lines. Slop.

    • It’s not a race issue…we are all suffering here

    • @Sparky McSpark Losing 2000 people a day… I work at Amazon. They told us if we have symptoms let them know. Yet when people have symptoms but no fever they’re told they must use have personal time to go home or be terminated. They would send you home with a fever BEFORE Covid so they act as if they’ve made changes to protect their workers but they haven’t, just plastic paneling everywhere.

    • To all American
TOGETHER WE STAND DEVIDED WE FALL REMEMBER THAT .

  9. We would have more money to help all , if All would pay there fair share in taxes……..#1 Amazon…..#2 Google……#3 Facebook……#4 Trump….now you add some.

    • GM that famous exporter of jobs, ALL OF THE HIGH PROFIT OIL COMPANIES, the Big Pharma scam pirates, Archer Daniels Midland Corp, Krap Foods, all fast food restaurant chains. i dont have time and cant type fast enough to add all that I can think of.

    • @Aaron Donnelly thats a gd shame isnt it.

    • 1981: 2/3 of all American wealth was owned by the richest 2%.
2020: 93% of all American wealth is owned by the richest 1%.

    • jack lucking and Walmart! If we were smart, we would stop buying from amazon and Walmart for a week or two! That’s shake ‘em up, but people won’t do it. I won’t shop at either. I stopped Walmart about 5 years ago and amazon last year.

    • Apple, Tesla, AT&T <<< to name 3 more

  10. Mitch McConnell and the republicans act like it’s their money. It isn’t. It’s ours and we need some of it back right now.

  11. I agree with you, Senator Sanders.

    • jimbo43 O'hara | December 5, 2020 at 9:14 PM | Reply

Down here in Oz even the Conservative government realizes the need to stimulate the economy. And that means handouts for better or worse.

  12. You go Bernie!!! It’s a disgrace what these corporations are doing.

  13. It’s scary to see those food lines. Then people getting angry because they can’t work.

    • @Wally Censorship because it will help the poor to wake up and except that this is a class war.

    • Ravenous Fallen Right? It’s disgraceful. The DMV has old people waiting in huge lines.

    • @Steven Barker moscow mitch said let states go bankrupt.
Trump and Mitch made sure rich people got to do loans of millions of dollars off the first stimulus and all those millionaires and billionaires they can get out of paying a Penny back.
      All they gave was a measly $ 1200 .00
Besides the people getting unemployment got $ 600.00 a week.
And this money is tax payers money.
Taxes the traitor wannabe dictator trump gets out of paying or $ 750.00 a year.

    • @gmfuhlman1 yes after trump and the GOP ran up the defecit 7 trillion in the last 4 years.

This is why the Georgia Senate run offs are extremely important. As long as #MoscowMitch is the Senate majority leader only cruel and evil legislation will come from Congress.

    • Mitch McConnell is slime. No money for us, But plenty to line his turtle shell

    • Richard Leavitt | December 5, 2020 at 7:20 PM | Reply

      L

    • The reason why there is no stimulus package because the government hasn’t got any money because all tax cuts to the rich and large corporations.
The Trump tax cuts removed over 4.5 trillion out of the budget.
Vote for democrats to get stimulus and for the rich to pay for it.

    • Dave Alexander | December 5, 2020 at 10:19 PM | Reply

If the republicans still control the Senate, they will remain members of the T Rump Cult, and Congress will be able to do NOTHING. #MoscowMitch will likely stop considering judges again, will pass no legislation, and will start campaigning for the 2022 election. The job of the Congress has become only to keep themselves in Congress. The work of the republic is now immaterial…other than further enriching the rich, and corporate citizens.

Remember when it time for reelection dont vote Republican they are only for themselves. It’s going to take a long time to get out of this mess Trump and his family have created. Georgia vote blue dont let Moscow have his say over what Biden wants to do or we won’t get anything passed. Georgia it’s up to you to change this.

Vote Jon Ostroff and Rachel Warnock.

  19. Kudos to Ali Velshi for bringing Bernie on !

  20. Mitch McConnell is slime. No money for us, but plenty to line his turtle shell.
