    1. @Liberalus Stupidus they don’t have the LARGEST per capita incidence of drug abuse. That would be the states straddling the panhandle.

    2. @Liberalus Stupidus What’s not funny is so many people using race to categorically define people and marginalize people. I’m a black widowed mother. My mortgage and car payment are up to date with not one missed payment. My child is very well taken care of. Years ahead of his peers academically because he’s schooled at home. By me. All black mothers aren’t what you describe any more than all white conservatives are white supremacists. Shame on you.

    1. Its available once per fiscal year. Taking an advance has no effect as you’ll get it once only per annum as an automatic deduction.

  1. Trump: “I will be the most transparent president in American history.”

Reporter: “So does that mean you’ll release your taxes?”

    Trump: “Phuck NO!!!!”

  2. Is this America??? Talking about child poverty and hunger in America!!! So so disgusting!! The wealthiest country in the world. I and many others are heartbroken

  3. For all the people who are going to complain about why they need to foot the bill for other people, allow me to mention that the US military spent $1.3 trillion over 20 years for the F-35 jet program, which they are likely to scrap because they can’t get it to work. That money would have covered the entire college debt for all Americans.

  4. There are always those who will abuse the System and all of this talk about $3600 for those who “have more Children”,
is not the way resolve Cultural/Ethical Divides.

  5. well done hope this passes… I used to save my tax refund and used it it throughout the entire year to get me through tough times. This will be a lifeline for many people

  6. It would help society more to give a tax credit to people to not have children. Fewer children will naturally mean fewer children in poverty and also fewer adults in poverty.
