Tips to help encourage kids to wear masks

Behaviour analyst Dana Howell came up with seven tips for parents to help their kids adapt to wearing a mask as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a public health risk.

  1. Kids don’t need masks. Many many professionals and doctors clearly explain children’s immune systems and the need for exposures. This has NEVER been done before.

I hope the stupid mask HYSTERIA doesn’t cause so much confidence in masks that we forget the first line of defense, hands… Learning scrub in tech school we scrubbed and then they cultured our hands, not our masks. Everyone was positive for bacteria AFTER scrub. The second you touch a MASK with dirty hands, even for _’just a second’,_ the purpose of the mask is defeated in that second…
