Accepting illegal campaign contributions
Giving election data to a Russian intelligence officer (through Manafort)
Ignoring and continuously violating the Emoluments Clause by profiting from his position
Obstructing justice (numerous times and ways throughout his term)
Witness intimidation
Extortion by threatening to violate a foreign arms agreement
Libel and defamation
Failing to preserve legally required documentation of communications with foreign heads of state, among other things
Failing to uphold his oath of office by protecting the general welfare, by playing down the seriousness of the Coronavirus and having no plan on how to deal with the virus
and, of course, Inciting an insurrection, which he started even before the election results were in.
I missed quite a few, but you get the gist of it. There is no shortage of things he chose to do that were outside the boundaries of the law, but he did not care because he thought he was untouchable.

The way I see it, the Biden and DOJ administration doesn’t want to do it snap quick because it would look like retribution. They are making the case be patient!
