    1. Second that also from afar. I do think Biden will be a one term caretaker president and hand over to his VP. Not an American but just my outsider opinion.

    2. Wrong Crowd… agreed.
A good chance of some civility, empathy and hopefully, honesty… to allow the US to rejoin the international community.

    1. t does not matter what person is the most qualified to do the job, it only matters if it is a black woman. Hillary even knew better to go that route and she LOST!

    1. @John Hillman John…. why the look of horror? I’m providing another analysis/interpretation. Please do look at exchange theory.
Edit: Maybe I am ignorant of the full facts

    2. @Stella Shepherd
I do like what have been seeing from KH lately. She is trying and has been working on drafting and getting Bills pased. I think the latest, JuneNineTeenth should be a recognized Federal Holiday as well.

    3. @Daniel V I agree Biden is right choice for just 1 Term. He even said while back he most likely would do just that. True, he is up there in age. Warren is a fighter, problem with that she is not liked by alot of people including the Senate. Fights will certainly happen if she is the pick. Do like her go after them and accountability approach, will give her that..

  1. Harris vs Mike Pence in a debate on any social issues would be a bloodbath! She would wipe the floors with his radical right wing beliefs.

    1. Tee X : Those who’ve already abandoned reality will not hear anything anyway, and can safely be disregarded. They WILL hear money, though. Everyone votes with their wallets in the end. Personally, I’d suggest Susan Rice or Stacy Abrams

    2. Demmings and Lance Bottoms would be equally effective, but would do it with more style and grace.

    3. Tee X That’s going to happen regardless. You don’t spend a second trying to get maga to see your side, they never will. You got to focus on the rest of the country. How? You flip it and say I made mistakes in the past but currently
I’m fighting to get this police reform bill passed and mike pence could careless about systemic racism and black lives matter.

  2. She let Steve Mnuchin walk from a certain jail sentence, but I guess Pence won’t bring that up in a debate.

    1. @John Hillman took me a minute to figure that out.
She had some horrible policies…not sure what she’d add to it esp in the current climate

  3. I love Senator Harris and know she will make a great Vice President and President… She gets my vote…

    1. I love Harris as well but for me she either be President or AG , bcuz am sure she got the bills for both.

    2. Claudy TheArtist : I like Susan Rice, personally. She has already shown grace under fire; competence and honesty, against enormous pressure; government experience; and she must have an established working relationship? Stacey Abrams would be my second choice.

  4. Harris needs to be the AG and lead the DOJ to bringing Justice to the current criminals.
Susan Rice needs to be the VP pick. She has a great resume, has been tested and is known, respected by our allies. We need that experience to rebuild our relations.

    1. David Willis … 100% agreed. A known, respected diplomat for VP. A known, tenacious go getter for AG.
Harris has certainly made her mistakes but there is no one better to put on the trail of Trump and his gang. Good luck America, a Canadian friend

    2. Good arguements. The US need to get back some credibility on the international arena. Trump has here in Europe devastated our opinion about the US.

  5. Kamala Harris, Stacey Abrams, Val Demings, and Susan Rice, all excellent candidates. Democrats are fortunate to have so many qualified women.

    1. Not Susan Rice. She wants to bring back the draft. We have to remember what happened last time we implemented the draft during the Vietnam war, there was chaos, protests, and burning of draft cards. People of a free society must be free to make that decision for themselves, not forced into it by the government.

  6. Ms. Maxwell’s certainly out of touch with me, as a voter. Sen. Harris’ performance in the debate, that “great moment of courage” which make people remember and respect her? That was a moment which made me *lose* some respect for her. I’ve seen enough attacks from the current resident of the White House, thanks.

She may be a brilliant political tactician, but every time I see her prove it, it’s in a way which brings the level of political discourse down. On the plus side, the VP candidate’s role in the general is the hatchet wielder to attack the opponent, so maybe that’s a plus in this case.

  7. Sen.Harris would be a great A G I hope Biden includes Rep.Katie Porter in his cabinet to replace Devos

    1. You’re kidding, I assume. Katie Porter needs to be Treasury Secretary. She would root out and carefully explain every single Trump Regime impropriety quickly and efficiently. Let’s be honest, you could replace Devos with any competitor at a Special Olympics event and be better off, but i think we can do much better than that with someone who has an education resume.

    2. @ruth depew i stand corrected she’d be perfect for that position…I chose her because she is a law Professor

  8. Only problem with Susan Rice is that she’s from the old guard ‘establishment’. I guess Biden falls into that category as well (?). I’m just saying that Dems need to be careful not to alienate voters. Most important thing is having Trump gone period. So pick whoever helps to achieve that end. Also, Biden won’t last a full term due to his age and mental capacity so whatever VP is chosen – expect (her) to become POTUS in the first term. The prophet has spoken mark my words.

  9. Please leave Harris in the senate, we need continuity there. Stacey Abrams or Val Demings would help us take Georgia or Florida. We need to crush the gop.

  10. Kamala Harris, I prefer her as Attorney-General but she would equally make a good Vice-President.

  11. Kamala going after Joe in the first debate wasn’t “brave” it was probably the bad choice that ended up ruining her when people started realizing how disingenuous it was. She’s my first choice for VP now but that wasn’t a good moment for her as much as some media liked it for 5 minutes.

    1. I think she was bitter. She thought that being black was enough to get the black vote and couldn’t stand Biden having more of the black vote.
